CEO LAW's Dr. Charles Oswald received his Doctor of Juridical Science (JSD) degree, the terminal academic doctorate in law, upon completing postgraduate studies at the St. Thomas University School of Law and is a member of the undergraduate and graduate faculties at Appalachian State University -- a University of North Carolina member institution -- where he teaches ethics, finance and law in the Finance, Banking & Insurance department of ASU's Walker College of Business and speaks on a range of global business topics.
| |
|
Because Dr. Oswald's original academic research, rigorosum and doctoral dissertation exploring global business, banking, economic and legal interdependencies fully meets Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business "Academically Qualified" status requirements, plus his 25 years of professional experience together with current professional accreditation and current professional licensing meets AACSB "Professionally Qualified" status requirements, a rare combination of distinctly different qualifications (i.e., AQ vs. PQ), students are afforded a unique opportunity to learn from one who has both studied -- and actually done -- the things being taught.
Courses developed and presented are, thus, real and substantial -- not merely hypothetical or academic -- and include the following.
